Exceeding expectations
Brian McGee pulled off a miracle by getting us into the perfect house in the best location during an unprecedented market. While every other house we were looking at was getting multiple offers and skyrocketing in price, Brian used his knowledge of the area to find a poorly marketed gem of a property, effectively shielding us from a nightmare bidding war. The house is exceptional and we've been here for a month, loving it more and more. We ended up getting the house for well under market value, try doing that in 2021! He grew up in Ventura County, knows everyone, is liked by everyone, and it pays off big time when you buy or sell property in VC. The buying process was simplified with Brian's guidance, experience and connections - Brian has a whole team of experts to draw from at Aviara so there's no shortage of knowledge. He was straightforward and transparent the entire time. And to top things off, he has a cordial and humorous personality that made everything light and fun. He picks up his phone (seemingly at all hours). I didn't test my hypothesis, but I'm pretty sure he would have picked up his phone at 2 am :) Overall, I had to give Brian 5 stars. He's deserved of more. In the treacherous waters of real estate, I felt secure and excited to have Brian at the helm.

Brian McGee is the real deal folks. Above and beyond doesn't come close to the amount of care and effort put into helping us sell especially considering that we were out of the area for the majority of the transaction. Anyone in SoCal would be lucky to have him help them buy or sell a home. I never had a doubt that things would be handled quickly and intelligently. If I owned more houses in Cali and it was time to sell there would be 1 call i would make....and you should too.

Brian was critical in helping us get into our dream home during the craziest market in California's history! He helped us compete against multiple offers and still get a deal, and throughout the process, he was always there for us. He always picked up the phone whenever we needed advice, and he was able to pull from a plethora of resources to get answers for us when we had some unusual questions. His positive, easy-going demeanor really helped us get through some of the bumps and emotions in the home-buying process, and I'm certain his good relationships with other agents was a huge plus in getting our transaction across the finish line.
